Paris, je t’aime (Paris, I Love You)

Paris Je taime.

Paris, je t’aime (Paris, I Love You) looks like it will be an interesting film. It’s a bunch of different stories about love by a bunch of different people (and many of them have done some really great stuff). Along with the new poster art, I’ve compiled a list of names of some of the directors (and some of the stuff they’ve done):

Sylvain Chomet (The Triplets of Belleville), Richard LaGravenese (Freedom Writers), Vincenzo Natali (Cube), Walter Salles (The Motorcycle Diaries / Dark Water), Gurinder Chadha (Bend It Like Beckham / Bride and Prejudice), The Coen Brothers (Fargo / The Big Lebowski / O Brother, Where Art Thou? / Blood Simple / etc.), Wes Craven (A Nightmare on Elm Street / Scream / Red Eye / etc.), Alfonso Cuarón (Children of Men / Y Tu Mama Tambien), Christopher Doyle (cinematographer), Alexander Payne (Sideways / Election), Tom Tykwer (Perfume: the Story of a Murderer / Run Lola Run / The Princess and the Warrior), Gus Van Sant (Elephant / Good Will Hunting), Gérard Depardieu (actor).

…and some of the actors and actresses:

Natalie Portman, Steve Buscemi, Elijah Wood, Willem Dafoe, Miranda Richardson, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Juliette Binoche, Bob Hoskins, Nick Nolte.
