more Tower Defense flash games

If the hits on my post about Onslaught 2 are correct, then a decent number of you have apparently been letting flash games eat away your time. Here are a few more that have kept me occupied for way longer than I should have let them.

Budapest Defenders:

Molotov cocktails, machine guns, snipers and roadblocks with enemies coming from multiple directions. I just wish the graphics were as slick as the intro page.

Turret Tyranny:

Freeze guns, obstacles that block your shots and evil space bubbles give this one a unique twist. I never got too far on this one though.

Vector TD X:

Two different enemy paths make this one even more addicting than the original Vector TD, which I liked quite a bit. The graphics might not be for everyone, but they remind me of Tron and I dig ‘em.

Onslaught 2

onslaught 2

Here’s another diversion until my next post…a flash game that will eat up tons of your time if you let it: Onslaught 2 (also: a full screen direct link and a player guide.)

Marry, Boff, or Kill?

My new work schedule doesn’t allow me much time for updates at the moment, so I thought I would share something that will help you pass the time between posts.

I first encountered this game on 30 Rock so I will mention their version first:

marry, boff, or kill?
the 30 Rock game (and the original clip)

Watch the clip, but don’t expect much from the game. The choices are too limited and unfairly balanced…although it did seem like a calculated effort.

f***marrykill
another version

This one distracted me for a while, but they really need to add more people. It created more groups of three that were tough decisions than any of the other games from the FMK wiki page.

Demo – C&C 3: Tiberium Wars

update on the new Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars game:

C&C 3
There’s an Official EA Demo…and it’s huge.

Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars

A quick entry is better than no entry so here you go…

Everybody’s all “World of Warcraft crazy” and stuff, but back in the day it was all about Command and Conquer for me. Warcraft was fun and all, but it never resonated with me in the same way. I just rediscovered this project and trailer 4 has me even more excited than I thought possible…it’s been a while since I was looking forward to a game. Click through to experience for yourself:

Halo 2 (xbox) [7/10]

I finished on ‘heroic’. Many of the later levels were kinda tough. Everything with ‘the flood’ sucked a bunch…I just wanted those levels to end. I didn’t really like the Arbiter missions at first, but the later ones were fun. And the cliffhanger ending was lame.

“make sure nobody leaves any trash on the beach.”

This is only a single player rating, btw. I’m sure the multiplayer is the main reason this game gets so much hype. It was fun [except the flood], but this definitely isn’t the game I kept hearing about. I don’t really know xbox games or the original Halo though, so I might be way off.
