where I’m coming from: I remember driving with my Dad in Houston (so 5th grade age is the oldest I could have been) and asking him “how come the bad guys never win in movies?” It wasn’t because I was evil or because I wanted the bad guys to win…it’s just that even at such a young age I wanted more variety in my stories.
